Secular Circuits - Toy that promotes love and peace

In the recent times India as a country has gone through some cultural shifts. There are powers that are fueling communal hatred and violence in the country where we grew up secular. We believed wholeheartedly in "Unity in Diversity". Today the country suffers extreme bigotry and intolerance. But the young India is fighting, and many of us are armed with creativity.

This toy was created in hopes that it can help spread some love and create some smiles.
It all started with a Doodle addressed to the Home Minister of the country. It was an urge to act against the religiously-discriminating bill which was passed.

In that doodle there were two people seemingly dressed as a Hindu and a Muslim being affectionate towards each other, while their red heart glows.
This circuit based toy intends to promote love and peace between two diverse people. Whenever the pair does simple everyday things together like pet a dog, or drink coconut water then the circuit gets completed and their heart glows.
However different a person may seem, if you are alongside them and spend time together- then even the little things can bring you joy and make your heart grow kinder.
I had the pleasure to watch my niece play with the toy and she had the most genuine and real questions. Some of questions were-
"Why are their hands silver?"
"Can they dance?"
Children don't see the world like we do. Their hearts remain untainted with judgement. I hope toys like these are made available to them early on so that they know what actually matters.
In my 4yr old niece's words:
"When they hold hands, magic comes."

A little Magic is exactly what we need.
